Humberto Pecupaque – Beans | 250g
A Colombian specialty coffee with an extraordinary story.
Humberto Pecupaque is a 100% Colombian origin coffee from Gaitania, Tolima, grown at Finca Villa del Páez in the Vereda San Pedro, within the Nasa We'xs Indigenous Resguardo.
Produced by Humberto Pecupaque and his family on a 4-hectare farm, this coffee reflects the deep connection between Colombian coffee, Indigenous heritage, and sustainable farming.
Grown using an agroecological system, free from chemicals, and carefully processed through 24–30 hours of controlled fermentation, followed by washing and sun drying.
A Unique Five-Variety Blend
This isn't a conventional single-variety coffee. The blend brings together five distinctive Colombian coffee varieties:
Geisha • San Bernardo • Tabi • Bourbon Rosado • Pacamara
The result is a complex and characterful cup — with floral and red-fruit fragrance, green apple aroma, raspberry and mint notes, citrus acidity, and a rich body.
85.5 SCA Score
With a sensory score of 85.50, Humberto Pecupaque sits firmly within the specialty-coffee category, evaluated for aroma, flavour, acidity, body, balance, sweetness, and overall cup quality.
