Start your morning with Origen, then explore a barrel-aged coffee inspired by Colombia’s traditional anise-infused spirit, entirely alcohol-free.

Contains two bags of whole bean coffee: Paloma Rivera Origen 454g and Exotic Aguardiente 250g. Grind fresh before brewing.

Paloma Rivera Origen · 454g

A medium-roasted, 100% Arabica coffee with sweet aromas of panela, sugarcane, dark chocolate and dried fruit. In the cup, notes of panela and dark chocolate meet citrus and nuts, with bright citric acidity, a medium body and a lingering dark chocolate finish.

Paloma Rivera Exotic Aguardiente · 250g

Crafted at a family-owned estate in Belalcázar, Caldas, this specialty coffee uses a 100% Arabica Red Geisha base. The green beans are aged for three to five months in white oak barrels before roasting, developing a distinctive character inspired by Colombia’s aguardiente tradition.

Intense anise, rich honey and aromatic herbs lead the cup, complemented by red berries, sweet cherry and creamy caramel. Balanced medium acidity meets a smooth, silky and creamy body.
